SUMMARYThe Server will greet customers, learn about their preferences, answer questions, recommend menu items, and serve food and beverages items. Servers will ensure tables are clean and bussed and all work areas are clean and stocked. To succeed servers should have a neat appearance and an engaging, friendly personality. Servers should be efficient, observant, knowledgeable, and personable.
