Qualifications

• Effective communication and organizational skills needed.

Responsibilities

• Monitor compliance with product freshness policies and proper labeling.
• Develop procedures to reduce breakage, out-of-control, overages and shortages.
• Oversee inbound and outbound deliveries and product transfers.
• Notify management of out-of-stock or low-inventory situations.
• Assist with claims for breakages, overages and shortages.
• Reconcile invoices, credits, cooperage, and pallet credits.
• Process in-transit invoices and follow up on returns.
• Count on-hand inventory daily.
• Conduct daily, quarterly, and year-end audits.
• Analyze and resolve inventory discrepancies with other departments.
