Job summary

Snowshoe Mountain is seeking a detail-oriented warehouse professional to support inventory across 14 on-mountain restaurants and outlets. This flex role offers periodic seasonal work with a 9-11 month schedule and opportunities to travel during off months.

You will handle receiving, inspection, and quality control of F&B stock, perform monthly counts, and help coordinate supplies for events while supervising daily warehouse tasks in a dynamic resort setting.

Qualifications

• Warehouse and inventory experience required.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills are essential.
• Responsible, team-oriented, and detail-driven mindset is needed.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and ensure quality of all F&B inventory
• Conduct monthly inventory counts
• Record requisitions, generate reports, and assist with invoice coding
• Communicate with and support all Food & Beverage outlets
• Coordinate supplies for special events year-round
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse
• Supervise warehouse attendants and daily tasks
