Job summary

Crystal Mountain Resort is seeking a Food & Beverage Purchasing and Receiving Manager to oversee procurement, inventory, and distribution for the resort’s F&B operations. You will ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely availability of products while leading the receiving and transfers across departments.

The role requires strong leadership, vendor relationships, and knowledge of food safety regulations, with oversight of budgeting and staff training to uphold service standards on-site at

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in a similar role.
• Experience in hospitality, travel, or experiential brand is strongly preferred.
• Must possess strong food safety knowledge and demonstrate ability to promote all food handling guidelines as dictated by state law.
• Must have valid driver’s license and Washington State Food Handlers card.

Responsibilities

• Oversee procurement, vendor management, and par-level purchasing.
• Maintain inventory systems, forecast demand, and manage receiving/distribution.
• Monitor expenses, analyze variances, and propose cost-saving strategies.
• Lead staff scheduling, training, and coordination with F&B leadership.
• Prepare reports on purchasing, inventory, and cost analyses.
