The St. Anthony, A Luxury Collection Hotel in San Antonio, part of Crescent Hotels & Resorts, seeks a Purchasing & Receiving Clerk to manage food purchases, vendor relations, and inventory control for the F&B operation.

The position supports banquet and daily food service with a focus on cost-effective, timely purchasing. Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of hotel purchasing experience, familiarity with procurement systems, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Competenze

• 2–3 years hotel purchasing experience.
• Experience with procurement systems such as Birchstreet, LightSpeed, M3, Oracle or Avendra.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Mansioni

• Order all food items based on operational needs, including banquets.
• Establish procurement sources approved by the Executive Chef.
• Request and receive competitive bids and maintain price records.
• Inspect deliveries for compliance and return unacceptable items.
• Review invoices for correct pricing and payment.
• Maintain inventory levels and perform FIFO inventory control.
