Job summary

The Crescent Hotels & Resorts' St. Anthony Hotel in San Antonio is seeking a Busperson to support a refined dining experience in a luxury setting.

You will maintain table presentation, assist service staff, and ensure cleanliness and mise en place while upholding luxury etiquette. Previous experience is preferred; ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work mornings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Professional demeanor with excellent communication skills in English.
• Warm, guest-focused approach and the ability to anticipate needs with discretion.
• Knowledge of fine dining table settings, service styles, and etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Discreetly clear used tableware and reset tables per fine dining standards.
• Maintain service stations fully stocked and organized.
• Greet guests with warmth and replenish bread service, beverages and butter.
• Transport soiled serviceware to the stewarding area in a safe, timely manner.
• Exhibit teamwork by supporting all aspects of dining service operations.
• Perform additional duties as requested by the Restaurant Manager.
