Kessler Hotels, Savannah's JW Marriott Plant Riverside District property, seeks a Food & Beverage Outlets Manager to lead restaurant, bar, and room service operations with a focus on guest excellence. You will collaborate with kitchen, catering sales, and leadership to maximize profitability and guest satisfaction.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Business or related field, 5+ years in luxury F&B, and strong leadership. Experience with Micros POS and OpenTable is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related training equivalent - required.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in Front of House, fine dining Food & Beverage operations - required.
• 3+ years of relevant work experience in a similar scope and title - required.
• Experience within luxury brand/markets - required.
• Manager food safety certification and TIPS training certification - preferred or attained within 30 days.

Aufgaben

• Oversees day-to-day operations of outlets' service staff to ensure top guest experience.
• Monitor customer satisfaction via feedback forms and guest interactions.
• Submit beverage and retail inventories monthly as directed by hotel controller and F&B Director.
• Manage china, glass, and silverware inventories quarterly.
• Monitor revenue and expense forecasting in KHMS for F&B operations.
• Supervise daily restaurant operations and maintain sanitation standards.
• Lead training and development of Grand Performers and staff to meet goals.
• Ensure compliance with F&B policies and procedures; provide hands-on management.
• Maintain service and sanitation standards in restaurant, bar/lounge, and room service.
• Create promotional plans to drive Beverage Department business; host local charity events.
• Demonstrate leadership and guest hospitality, delivering exceptional service.
