Job summary

The Joule Dallas, a Highgate property, seeks a Food & Beverage Outlets Manager to oversee Sassetta, CBD Provisions, In Room Dining, and Lobby Bar. You will lead a team, drive exceptional service, and maintain Forbes standards in a luxury setting.

You will work closely with the Director of Outlets to manage budgets, staffing, training, and guest satisfaction while ensuring compliance with health and liquor laws.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive hotel or related experience, or 4-year degree with 1+ year experience.
• Knowledge of F&B preparation techniques, health regulations and liquor laws.
• Ability to communicate effectively with staff and guests at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Assist Director of Outlets in achieving budgeted goals for labor and beverage costs.
• Oversee front-of-house staff training, coaching, and performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with all food safety and liquor regulations and standards.
• Lead guest-centric initiatives to improve the overall experience.
• Prepare weekly FOH staff schedules and manage equipment maintenance.
