Job summary

Le Meridien & Sheraton Charlotte Hotels is seeking a Director of Outlets to oversee all Food and Beverage outlet operations, delivering exceptional guest service and maintaining brand standards across Social Bar & Kitchen, City Lights Rooftop, and In-Room dining.

You will lead financial performance, labor optimization, and cost controls while partnering with Culinary, Accounting, and Purchasing to drive profitability and guest satisfaction throughout the hotel.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive knowledge of hotel departments and functions.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and legal regulations.
• Strong mathematical, financial, and computer skills.
• Multi-outlet management experience preferred.
• Labor forecasting, scheduling, inventory controls, and cost management experience.
• Strong knowledge of food, beverage, wine, and service standards.
• High school education and relevant leadership experience.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• CPR training may be required; first aid training preferred.
• Additional language ability is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all Food and Beverage outlet operations to ensure guest service excellence and brand standards.
• Manage Social Bar & Kitchen, Craft City Sports Bar, City Lights Rooftop, Tannin & Toast, and In-Room dining.
• Achieve budgeted revenues, labor goals, payroll targets, and departmental profitability.
• Develop short- and long-term operational, financial, and marketing plans for outlets.
• Prepare and review monthly reports including inventory, labor, and weekly performance.
• Collaborate with Culinary, Accounting, and Purchasing to address discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with Marriott BSA standards, health regulations, and safety policies.
• Adjust schedules and staffing based on demand and forecasted volumes.
