Four Seasons Maui in a glamorous oceanfront resort seeks a Duo Manager to plan, organize, and direct the work of employees in the All-Day or Fine Dining Restaurant while ensuring guest satisfaction. This role is part of the Food & Beverage Division, reporting to the Assistant Director & Director of Food & Beverage.

The position requires a minimum of 2 years Front of the House F&B management experience, knowledge of service, cost and labor control, English proficiency, and relevant certifications

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years Front of the House F&B management experience.
• Knowledge of food & beverage service, cost control, labor control, maintenance, merchandising, and accounting.
• Requires ability to operate computer equipment and other food & beverage computer systems.
• Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.
• Hawaii Food Handler Card
• Maui Liquor Card ServSafe (within 3 months)
• Tuberculosis Clearance

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, control and direct the work of employees in the Hotel’s All-Day or Fine Dining Restaurant while ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Be visible in the operation, provide recognition, promote good public relations, and handle complaints or requests from guests and group contacts.
• Describe and ensure quality of all food & beverage items, ingredients, and preparation methods, and provide expert knowledge of wine and spirits in a luxury setting.
