Job summary

Highgate Hotels in Las Vegas is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to oversee the daily operation of the outlet at Renaissance Las Vegas. You will supervise staff, respond to guest feedback, and coordinate with fellow F&B leaders to maintain top service and profitable operations.

Responsibilities include budgeting, wage and payroll planning, menu planning support, compliance with liquor laws and health regulations, and staff development to uphold Highgate standards of excellence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the daily operation of the outlet.
• Supervise outlet personnel.
• Respond to guest complaints promptly.
• Coordinate with other F&B managers and inform them of issues as they arise.
• Keep supervisor informed of problems or matters requiring attention.
• Assist in coordinating Loss Prevention in the outlet.
• Prepare and submit required reports in a timely manner.
• Ensure preparation of reports including Wage Progress, payroll, revenue, schedules.
• Monitor quality of service in the F&B outlet.
• Assist in menu planning and preparation.
• Ensure compliance with local liquor laws and health regulations.
• Ensure SOP compliance in all outlets.
• Be visible on the floor and assist staff during each meal period.
• Conduct staff performance reviews in line with Highgate standards.
• Ensure training of employees on SOPs and tasks.
• Be involved in and/or conduct departmental and hotel training.
• Interview candidates for front-of-house and follow hiring approvals.
• Complete tip reporting.
• Understand and monitor corporate promotions in outlet.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
