Job summary

Highgate Hotels is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager for the Renaissance Las Vegas. This role oversees the daily operation of the F&B outlet, supervises staff, responds to guest concerns, and ensures high quality products and service while maintaining profitability.

The candidate will collaborate with other F&B managers, manage wage and payroll budgets, monitor compliance with liquor laws and sanitation standards, and lead training and performance reviews to elevate guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Must communicate effectively with all levels of staff and guests.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize departmental functions to meet deadlines.
• Lead and train staff, conduct performance reviews, and ensure SOP adherence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the daily operation of the outlet.
• Supervise outlet personnel.
• Respond to guest complaints in a timely manner.
• Work with other F&B managers and keep them informed of issues as they arise.
• Keep supervisor informed of problems or matters requiring attention.
• Assist in coordinating Loss Prevention in the outlet.
• Prepare and submit required reports promptly.
• Ensure reports such as Wage Progress, payroll, revenue, and staff schedules are accurate.
• Monitor quality of service in F&B outlet.
• Assist in menu planning and preparation.
• Ensure compliance with liquor laws and health regulations.
• Maintain SOP compliance across outlets.
• Be visible on the floor and assist staff during meal periods.
• Conduct staff performance reviews as per Highgate standards.
• Provide training on SOPs and tasks.
• Interview candidates for front-of-house F&B roles.
