Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of Rohr’s Tavern, Bistro, Terrace, and In-Room Dining.
• Develop staffing schedules to align labor with business demand.
• Monitor labor costs, inventory, and service levels to protect profitability.
• Ensure compliance with university, safety, sanitation, and F&B standards.
• Drive guest satisfaction and upscale service across game days and events.
