Job summary

Daytona Lagoon is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead daily operations across concessions, kitchens, bars, and more. You will drive guest satisfaction, ensure food quality, and meet financial goals while developing a strong seasonal leadership team.

The role requires coordinating staffing, managing costs, and maintaining health, safety, and alcohol regulations. A proactive, results-oriented leader is essential in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Food & Beverage management or leadership experience.
• Must obtain a Food Manager's Certification, Food Handler's Permit, and any alcohol-service certification.
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in product optimization and strategic purchasing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced with scheduling, POS, and inventory systems.
• Effective communicator with strong written and verbal skills; able to lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day F&B operations across all outlets to meet guest service and profitability goals.
• Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate the F&B team, including seasonal leadership.
• Coordinate staffing and scheduling and control labor expenses within budget guidelines.
• Oversee the food and beverage lifecycle—ordering, portioning, rotation, and cost control.
• Manage all F&B locations to ensure revenue goals are met or exceeded.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, labor, food, and alcohol regulations; conduct audits.
• Drive sales through approved service programs and upselling initiatives.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to increase revenue and guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Group Sales to support year-round special events.
