Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of F&B management or leadership experience.
• Ability to obtain Food Manager's Certification and alcohol-service certification.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the F&B Department across all outlets to ensure exceptional guest service and profitability.
• Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate F&B team, including seasonal leadership.
• Coordinate staffing and scheduling and control labor expenses within budget guidelines.
• Oversee food and beverage product lifecycle—from ordering to cost control—to maximize profitability.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, labor, food, and alcohol regulations and conduct audits.
