Crestview Management, LLC is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to oversee all facets of our dining operations. The role emphasizes delivering excellent customer service, leading teams, and upholding the highest standards of quality and hygiene.

You will drive revenue, manage staffing, and coordinate with suppliers, marketing, and events to elevate our F&B offerings. Flexibility for weekends and holidays is required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience as an F&B Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Good understanding of budgeting, financial management, and cost control.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems.

Responsabilidades

• Manage daily operations of the F&B department to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
• Recruit, train, and supervise F&B staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely procurement of quality products at competitive prices.
• Monitor inventory levels and control costs to minimize waste and optimize resources.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare reports on sales, expenses, and operational performance for senior management.
• Collaborate with marketing and events teams to promote F&B offerings and special events.
