The physical requirements include excellent vision for seating guests, food expediting, cleaning, and reading plans and schedules. Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry items weighing 20-40 lbs. Bending, standing, and stair climbing are required, with temperature conditions potentially exceeding 100 degrees in outdoor dining or kitchen areas. The role involves 95% inside work, supervising all outlet areas, with minimal stationary standing and mobility across all outlets.
