Job summary

Round One Entertainment Inc. is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager for our brand-new facility opening soon at Colorado Mills, Lakewood. You will lead F&B operations, forecast, plan and manage orders, staff and finances while delivering an outstanding guest experience.

Open availability, including nights and weekends, is required. Must be at least 21 years old to serve alcohol. A High School Diploma or GED is required. This role offers growth opportunities in a fun, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or GED.
• 3-5 years of food & beverage management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction by being visible and accessible to customers.
• Coach and develop staff for the Food & Beverage Department.
• Schedule deliveries, manage inventory, and monitor budgets.
• Ensure food safety and alcohol service compliance.
• Handle day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to high standards.
• Hold weekly staff meetings to discuss and resolve issues.
