Round1 Entertainment Inc. is seeking a Restaurant/F&B Manager to lead our new Colorado Mills venue in Lakewood. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences, managing F&B staff, and overseeing budgets and compliance.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years food & beverage management experience.
• Must be at least 21 years old and able to work nights/weekends.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Coach and develop staff for the F&B department and run weekly meetings.
• Monitor food preparation, ensure safe alcohol service and age verification.
• Manage day-to-day F&B operations within budget and track budgets and inventory.
