Job summary

Round One Entertainment Inc. is opening a new family entertainment facility in Colorado Mills, Lakewood, and seeks an F&B Manager to lead the department and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The role oversees all F&B operations, forecasting, planning, staff management and budgeting, while ensuring compliance with safety policies. Open availability for nights/weekends is required; candidates must be 21+ and hold a High School Diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years food & beverage management experience.
• Must have High School Diploma or GED.
• Open availability, nights and weekends required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction by being visible and accessible to customers.
• Lead and coach staff for the Food & Beverage Department.
• Forecast, plan and manage all F&B orders, staff and finance.
• Monitor budgets and payroll records and ensure expenditures are authorized and budgeted.
• Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.
