Job summary

Round1 Entertainment Inc. is opening a brand-new family entertainment facility and seeks an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead the F&B team at the Lakewood location.

You will forecast, plan, and manage all F&B orders, staffing, and finances while ensuring top-notch guest experiences in a lively, arcade-beauty environment. The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, open availability (nights/weekends), and at least 21 years old for alcohol service.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years food & beverage management experience, preferably in restaurant/fast food/hospitality industries.
• Must have strong customer service focus and leadership abilities.
• Experience in budgeting, scheduling, and monitoring financials.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction by being visible and accessible to customers.
• Select, coach, and develop staff for the Food & Beverage Department; run weekly meetings.
