Cotton Court in Texas is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead all restaurant, bar, and event operations. You will supervise staff, coordinate services, and ensure exceptional guest experiences across outlets.

The role is exempt, requires leadership, and may include evenings and weekends to meet business needs. You will report to the General Manager and drive continuous improvement in service standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Restaurant Management.
• Required supervisory/managerial experience in Food & Beverage.

Responsabilités

• Overseeing daily operations of all food & beverage outlets (restaurant, bar, minibar, banquet).
• Supervise F&B staff, provide leadership and coaching to ensure high performance.
• Coordinate trainings, pre-shift and pre-event meetings; review service standards.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing requests and resolving complaints promptly.
• Maintain compliance with health regulations and hotel policies; report operational issues.
