Paycom - ATS in Lubbock, TX seeks a Food and Beverage Manager for Cotton Court. This exempt role oversees all F&B outlets, room service, minibar and banquets, driving guest satisfaction and operational excellence.

You will supervise staff, coordinate events, manage inventory, ensure health compliance, train new team members, and report to the General Manager. Leadership, problem solving, and a customer-first mindset are essential in this busy hotel setting.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Restaurant Management required.
• Previous supervisory or managerial experience in Food & Beverage is required.
• Certification in hospitality management or related field required.
• Certification for TABC & Texas Food Handlers required.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operations of all F&B outlets, including restaurant, bar, and minibar services.
• Manage inventory of food and beverage supplies, ensuring proper stock levels and equipment functionality.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service and event execution.
• Report to the General Manager on all daily reports and information shared from weekly and daily meetings.
• Supervise F&B and Mini Bar staff, providing leadership and support for high performance.
• Conduct pre-shift and pre-event meetings to review service standards and assignments.
• Monitor staff performance and provide coaching for continuous improvement.
• Coordinate trainings and rehearsals throughout the week.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by responding promptly to requests and concerns.
• Train new staff on service standards, safety procedures, and hotel policies.
• Ensure compliance with health regulations, hotel policies, and industry standards.
• Maintain regular communication with Executive Chef and other department heads on operations and events.
• Prepare and submit reports on F&B performance and improvement suggestions.
