• Minimum 2 years of F&B experience in hotel or upscale restaurant.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and guest engagement skills.
• Knowledge of restaurant systems and cost control practices.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day operations of outlets (Staple Food & Drink and Bar Fontaine).
• Support pre-shift briefings, floor assignments, and staff communication.
• Maintain service standards, guest satisfaction, and brand compliance.
• Monitor cost controls, portioning, waste, and upselling initiatives.
• Coordinate with culinary, bar, and management teams to ensure seamless service.
• Lead onboarding and training of new staff and ongoing coaching.
