Job summary

Drury Hotels is seeking an Operations Leader to oversee all Food & Beverage operations at our Pooler property. You will ensure exceptional guest experiences and maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and efficiency across breakfast, Kickback, and bar offerings.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of supervisory experience in hospitality, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and strong food safety knowledge.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of leadership or supervisory experience in Food & Beverage or hotel operations.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, inventory management, and cost control practices.
• Ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight of all Food & Beverage operations, including breakfast and ancillary services.
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high standards of quality, service, cleanliness, and operational excellence.
• Recruit, train, develop, and coach team members to achieve success while fostering a positive work environment.
• Manage inventory, ordering, scheduling, and cost controls to drive profitability and efficiency.
• Role model quality assurance and brand standards while meeting performance goals.
