Drury Hotels Company, LLC is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager for the Pooler, GA property. You will lead all F&B operations including breakfast, Kickback, and kitchen/bar, ensuring exceptional guest experiences with high food quality and cleanliness.

The role requires leadership experience, knowledge of food safety and inventory management, and the ability to recruit, train, and coach a team in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of one year of leadership or supervisory experience in F&B, restaurant, hospitality, or hotel operations.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, inventory management, and cost control practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight of all Food & Beverage operations, including breakfast, additives and kitchen/bar operations.
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and operational excellence.
• Recruit, train, develop, and coach team members to achieve success while fostering a positive and engaging work environment.
• Manage inventory, ordering, scheduling, and cost controls to drive profitability and operational efficiency.
• Model quality assurance and brand standards while meeting or exceeding performance goals.
