Job summary

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily F&B shift operation and ensures policy compliance.
• Assists in ordering F&B supplies and maintains inventory.
• Maintains operating budget and ensures standards and legal obligations are met.
• Develops goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish work.
• Monitors staff productivity and guest service quality; fosters teamwork.
• Communicates areas needing attention and follows up to ensure understanding.

Education
