Job summary

Makeready LLC in Savannah, GA seeks a Food & Beverage leader to oversee and support front of house operations, develop and motivate the team, and deliver an enjoyable dining experience for all guests.

You will hire, train, and manage staff while assisting with payroll, scheduling, inventory, and guest requests. Lead with pride, foster a positive culture, and ensure high-volume service runs smoothly in a Southern hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as Food & Beverage leader preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and highly organized.
• Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Ability to lead and motivate diverse teams in a high-volume environment.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support front of house operations.
