Job summary

Cedar Point Sports Center is seeking an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to lead the F&B operations at Sandusky, OH. You will ensure high-quality food, seamless service, and guest satisfaction across concessions and events.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in culinary and F&B management, ServSafe certification, and strong leadership with a focus on cost control and safety. This role requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• 2–4 years culinary experience.
• 2–4 years of food & beverage management experience.
• ServSafe Certification is required.
• Food Safety Manager Certification is preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Directly align with the facility mission and drive guest satisfaction.
• Oversee daily production, prep and presentation of all food for concessions and events.
• Hire, train, mentor and supervise Food & Beverage staff.
• Open, operate and close concession locations across venues.
• Monitor food costs, labor, and financial reports to manage expenses.
• Ensure food safety standards and sanitation compliance.
• Coordinate catering for special events and work with vendors.
