Job summary

Compass Group USA is seeking a BLACKWING/TRUST SERVER ASSISTANT for M&T Bank Stadium in Baltimore. The role pays $24.25 per hour and includes benefits such as Instapay, health and wellness programs, and employee discounts.

You will assist servers, help with dining room setup, and ensure proper presentation while maintaining safety and food temperatures. Candidates should be able to lift up to 25 lbs, and stand or walk for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Assists servers with various dining room activities.
• Supports servers in preparing the dining room and table sets.
• Delivers orders to the table. Busses table.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Ensures proper presentation, portion control and maintenance of serving temperatures; follows HACCP standards.
• Personal commitment to your own safety and that of others.
• Adheres to Company safety policies including knife, glove, oven mitts, and slip-resistant footwear requirements.
