Chandon Home invites an experienced Food & Beverage Operations Manager to lead the hospitality and visitor experience in our Napa, CA home. You will manage day-to-day operations, mentor a large team, and ensure exceptional guest experiences aligned with our brand and standards.

You will design experiences, oversee events, and drive customer satisfaction while coordinating with event planning, culinary, and operations teams in a fast-paced, elegant winery setting.

Qualifications

• Experience as Front Office Manager, Guest Relations Manager, Restaurant Manager or Supervisor.
• Experience mentoring a large staff with varied levels of experience.
• Strong understanding of consumer trends in hospitality and guest expectations.
• Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration or relevant field.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day hospitality and visitor experience operations within budget and high standards.
• Ensure brand messaging and staff professionalism are reflected in every guest interaction.
• Monitor bookings, plan for peak periods, and coordinate with Level 4 personnel for smooth service.
• Provide personalized service to special guests and VIPs; resolve inquiries and complaints.
• Lead continuous training, communicate goals, and publish weekly schedules for Chandon Home.
• Design and continually improve Chandon Experience menus and seasonal offerings.
