Job summary

Highgate Hotels is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager for the Kimpton Miralina Resort in Arizona. This role oversees the daily operation of the F&B outlet, supervises staff, handles guest concerns, and ensures compliance with SOPs, budgets and quality standards.

You will work with other managers, plan menus, monitor cost controls, and train staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences. The position is full-time, on-site in Paradise Valley, offering a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must communicate effectively with guests and staff in a courteous, service-oriented manner.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize departmental functions to meet deadlines.
• Attend hotel meetings and participate in F&B coverage as required.
• Maintain regular attendance and uphold Highgate Hotel standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the daily operation of the outlet.
• Supervise outlet personnel.
• Respond to guest complaints in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with other F&B managers and keep them informed of issues.
• Assist in menu planning and preparation.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and health standards.
• Conduct staff performance reviews and training on SOPs.
