Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager for InterContinental Seattle Bellevue, a premier luxury hotel in downtown Bellevue. Lead multiple outlets, manage budgets, and deliver memorable guest experiences across events and dining services.

You will coach a team of hospitality professionals, uphold high service standards, and collaborate with the Hotel Manager and finance to optimize revenue.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years or more of progressive hotel Food and Beverage experience.
• Service oriented style with professional presentations skills.
• At least 3 years’ experience in a senior role in a food and beverage environment.
• Proven leadership skills.
• Strong English communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple outlets and report to the Hotel Manager.
• Coach and develop a team of hospitality professionals.
• Set high standards and drive guest and corporate experiences.
• Monitor budgets, inventory, and payroll for F&B operations.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service.
