Job summary

The Moore in Miami Design District seeks an experienced F&B Manager to lead the front-of-house and ensure seamless operations for a high-volume, Michelin-aspiring dining destination. You will drive guest satisfaction and uphold the restaurant’s renowned standards.

As a leader, you will train staff on menu knowledge, service etiquette, and wine pairings, while coordinating with the kitchen to deliver flawless dining experiences and elevate overall guest impressions.

Qualifications

• Experience managing front-of-house in a high-volume upscale restaurant.
• Proven ability to lead a diverse team.
• Deep knowledge of fine dining service and wine pairings.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and elevate guest experience with top-tier service and hospitality.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and exceed expectations.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the front-of-house team.
• Train staff on menu knowledge, service standards, and beverage offerings.
• Coordinate smooth service flow between kitchen and front-of-house.
