Job summary

The Moore in Miami invites applications for a role in our upscale dining team. This position focuses on delivering exceptional hospitality, coordinating with servers and kitchen, and ensuring every guest experience meets our standards of elegance and efficiency.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in a high-volume upscale restaurant, excellent communication skills, and the ability to stay composed in a fast-paced environment while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years working in a high volume, upscale restaurant
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay calm under pressure
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Confirm accuracy and presentation of food orders and deliver to guests in a timely manner
• Know the menu, ingredients, preparation methods, and allergens to answer guest questions confidently
• Monitor dining experience and respond promptly to guest requests
• Know all table numbers and guest positions to deliver plates correctly
• Keep expo and service areas organized and stocked
• Liaise between service staff and kitchen for special requests
• Assist front-of-house with other duties as required
• Support Captains and Bar to deliver world-class service
• Participate in lineups, training, and menu briefings
• Uphold values of respect, hospitality, creativity, and excellence
• Be a brand ambassador embodying elegance and innovation
• Report discrepancies or issues with food quality to appropriate personnel
