Morningstar Buoy Haus Beach Resort in St. Thomas is seeking a dynamic Food and Beverage Manager to lead all dining operations. You will oversee budgets, develop menus, manage inventory, and ensure exceptional guest service in a luxury resort setting.

The ideal candidate brings 3+ years in F&B leadership, strong communication, and budgeting skills; ServSafe certification is a plus. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays is required in this fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a hotel/resort setting.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and control costs.
• Proficient in menu planning and development.
• Understanding of inventory management and ordering procedures.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• ServSafe certification is a plus.
