Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is hiring a Food & Beverage Manager for Hyatt Place Athens/Downtown. Lead daily operations of outlets, ensure guest experiences, profitability, and brand standards.

Collaborate with Culinary and hotel leadership to deliver outstanding service and efficiency. The role requires a Bachelor’s in hospitality, 3–5 years in hotel operations with supervisory experience, and proficiency with PMS and hotel reservation software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field.
• 3–5 years of front desk or hotel operations experience, with 1–3 years in supervision.
• Experience with property management systems and hotel reservation software.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily operations of restaurant, bar, In-Room Dining, and events.
• Coordinate front-of-house, bar, culinary, and banquet teams for service excellence.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, cleanliness, and service.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol regulations.
• Engage with guests to resolve concerns and requests promptly.
• Monitor guest feedback and drive improvements to guest satisfaction.
