Job summary

The Drake Oak Brook, Autograph Collection is seeking a skilled Food & Beverage Manager to lead our restaurant and bar operations with a commitment to guest satisfaction.

This on-site leadership role focuses on staff training, cost control, and delivering exceptional service while upholding our hospitality standards at Oak Brook, IL.

Qualifications

• Prior restaurant and bar supervisory experience.
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
• Budgetary analysis capabilities and data interpretation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Restaurant & Bar.
• Train staff on quality and service standards with proper tools.
• Achieve and maintain budgeted revenues as directed by leadership.
• Maintain labor cost to meet or exceed budget via scheduling.
• Ensure training is executed and followed-up to sustain service levels.
• Establish and achieve guest satisfaction goals.
• Maintain set food and liquor costs.
• Maintain presence during meal periods to ensure service.
• Conduct brand standard audits for optimal execution.
• Complete additional duties as assigned by hotel leadership.
