Qualifications

• 3+ years of food and beverage management in high-volume environments.
• Strong leadership with hands-on, guest-first approach.
• Experience with cost controls, labor management, and revenue growth strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-of-house operations, including dining rooms, bar, and private events, ensuring smooth service.
• Coach and mentor staff, conduct pre-shift briefings, and drive service standards.
• Oversee cleanliness, health & safety, and alcohol service policies.
• Monitor budgets, track food/beverage/labor costs, and support menu pricing decisions.
• Analyze sales trends, manage inventory, and maintain vendor relationships.
• Coordinate with kitchen and management to deliver timely, high-quality guest experiences.
