Four Seasons Maui is seeking a passionate Food & Beverage Manager In Training to thrive in a fast-paced luxury resort environment.

Qualifications

• College education in hotel or business administration preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language.
• Excellent human relations skills; handling employee and guest situations positively and effectively.
• Hawaii Food Handler Card.
• Maui Liquor Card.
• ServSafe (within 3 months).
• Tuberculosis Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Learn and develop functional management skills through hotel-wide departmental rotation with the goal to be promoted to an Assistant Manager based on ability and performance.
