Hotel Lincoln in Chicago is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to support department head in overseeing F&B operations. You’ll help ensure health and safety standards, quality service, and marketing to maximize profits while delivering outstanding guest experiences.

The role involves interviewing, training, supervising, coaching, and scheduling staff. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years fine dining and 2 years banquet management experience, with strong communication skills and a valid Food/Beverage

Qualifications

• Read, write and speak English.
• Two to three years of fine dining experience preferred.
• Two years banquet management experience preferred.
• Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable.
• Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other employees.
• Meet minimum age requirement of jurisdiction.
• Previous supervisory/management skills and experience.
• Requires basic math and language reasoning levels.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol standards.
