Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in a similar F&B role.
• Detail oriented with high-volume experience.
• Experience with OpenTable, POS, and Opera systems.
• Strong leadership and guest service focus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the General Manager to oversee service, staffing and guest experience to meet budgets and standards.
• Develop and implement exceptional menus, supplier relations and buying practices.
• Lead recruitment, training and performance management of F&B staff.
• Set targets, KPIs, schedules and procedures; drive accountability and teamwork.
