• Experience managing high-volume dining environments and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations including service, staffing, and guest experience.
• Supervise front-of-house team members: servers, bartenders, hosts, and support staff.
• Create and manage team schedules based on business levels and needs.
• Monitor service standards and ensure cleanliness and hospitality expectations are met.
• Train, coach, and develop team members to support service excellence.
• Foster a positive, collaborative work environment and mentor future leaders.
• Assist with inventory, ordering, and cost control initiatives.
• Collaborate with culinary team to ensure smooth front/back-of-house coordination.
