F&B Manager

Are you a passionate foodie who is not afraid of thinking outside the box? Then, we have the job for you! As a Food & Beverage Manager, you will work with a diverse team of experience makers and storytellers for our guests.

This 90-villa, adults-only luxury resort is a renowned culinary hotspot offering epic culinary journeys, including the largest all-glass underwater restaurant, 5.8 Undersea Restaurant. We promote a culture of happiness for the well-being of our team members through their employee journey. We also provide our team members with accommodation, food, laundry services, team shop, and other indoor & outdoor activities that enhance your job performance.

What You Will Be Doing

  1. Plan and direct the functions of administration and planning of the Food and Beverage Department to meet the daily service needs of the operation.
  2. Develop, implement and monitor schedules for the operation of all sub-departments to achieve the budgeted objectives.
  3. Participate with the Food & Beverage Outlet Managers in the creation of attractive collateral materials to promote and merchandise all Food & Beverage outlets to attract a predetermined guest market.
  4. Implement effective control of all costs and expenses including food, beverage, labor, supplies, equipment, etc., among all sub-departments. Ensure proper use, maintenance, repair, and storage of Food & Beverage facilities, supplies, and equipment.
  5. Regularly review and evaluate the degree of customer acceptance of the individual outlets and banquet service, to recommend new operating and marketing policies.
  6. Continuously evaluate the performance and encourage improvement of the personnel in the Food and Beverage departments. Plan and administer a training and development program to provide well-trained employees at all levels.
  7. Ensure Food & Beverage relevant brand standards are maintained.

Our Requirements & Qualifications:

Your experience and skills include:

  1. 5+ years of food & beverage management experience in a full-service hotel.
  2. International experience.
  3. Luxury hotel experience strongly desired.
  4. Service-focused personality is essential and previous leadership experience required.
  5. Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders.
  6. Communicate thoughts, actions, and opportunities clearly with strong networking skills.

Ability to lead by example, believe in a strong team culture, and set the scene for high performance.
