The resort features 90 villas and is an adults-only luxury destination. We offer epic culinary journeys, including the largest all-glass underwater restaurant, 5.8 Undersea Restaurant. What You Will Be Doing

1. Plan and direct the functions of administration and planning of the Food and Beverage Department to meet daily service needs.
2. Develop, implement, and monitor schedules for all sub-departments to meet budget objectives.
3. Collaborate with Food & Beverage Outlet Managers to create promotional materials to attract guests.
4. Control costs and expenses, including food, beverage, labor, supplies, and equipment, ensuring proper use and maintenance.
5. Review customer acceptance of outlets and banquet services, and recommend improvements.
6. Evaluate personnel performance and implement training and development programs.
7. Maintain Food & Beverage brand standards.

Our Requirements & Qualifications

• 5+ years of food & beverage management experience in a full-service hotel.
• International experience preferred.
• Luxury hotel experience is strongly desired.
• Service-oriented personality with leadership experience.
• Ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships.
• Strong communication and networking skills.
• Ability to lead by example and foster a high-performance team culture.
