Job summary

Hilton Garden Inn Downtown Dallas is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee daily operations of restaurant, bar, and banquet areas. You will support the team, ensure service standards, and contribute to delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Requirements include a high school diploma (hospitality coursework preferred) and 1–2 years in F&B with supervisory exposure. Strong leadership, customer service, and knowledge of POS systems are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality coursework preferred.
• Minimum 1–2 years in food and beverage operations with supervisory exposure.
• Strong leadersh ip and guest service skills; knowledge of sanitation and alcohol service guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support daily F&B outlet operations.
• Assist with training and onboarding new team members.
• Ensure service standards, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction targets are met.
• Monitor dining areas, bar stations, and service flow during peak periods.
• Assist with scheduling, breaks, and shift coverage as needed.
• Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Support inventory, ordering, and restocking processes.
• Ensure compliance with safety and alcohol service guidelines.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
