Job summary

Parkwest Casino in California is seeking an energetic Host to join our hospitality team. You will greet guests, seat them at tables or waiting areas, and ensure exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

You will be responsible for guest service, managing waiting lists with systems like SeatMe/OpenTable, and taking proper reservations while collaborating with the team to maintain a welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Open availability; evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must provide evidence of employment eligibility in the U.S.
• Must be able to pass a mandatory drug test and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Hosts are responsible for greeting guests and seating them at tables or waiting areas.
• Guest service is of the utmost importance. We take pride in our guests and the service we give them on a daily basis. We hope that with your help we can reach the next level of customer service.
• Hosts will become familiar with waiting systems such as seat me/open table and be able to place a proper wait on the door.
• The Host should have the ability to work with a team and portray an upbeat, professional demeanor during shift.
