Job summary

Highlands Sports Complex is seeking a Food & Beverage and Hospitality Manager to oversee all aspects of F&B, birthday parties and group bookings. You will deliver exceptional food and beverage experiences and provide top-tier customer service for all parties and events.

You will lead a team, manage budgets, and develop menus, while ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. The role involves coordinating catering, inventory, and vendor relations to drive profitability.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of culinary experience.
• 2-4 years of food & beverage management experience.
• Must be at least twenty-one (21) years old.
• Detail-oriented with outstanding organizational skills.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to work under pressure.
• ServSafe certification required; must obtain within 1 month of hire.
• Proficient in food cost, pricing and profit margin analysis.
• Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily production, preparation and presentation of all food for concessions and events.
• Hire, train, mentor, supervise and evaluate F&B team members.
• Open and close concession locations and kitchen.
• Generate daily budgets and monitor food and labor costs.
• Create event P&L analyses to ensure feasibility and profitability.
• Organize catering for events and parties.
• Ensure health compliance and certifications are up to date.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and other departments.
