Job summary
Legends Global seeks a seasoned F&B General Manager to lead all day-to-day operations for the Bank of New Hampshire Pavilion in Gilford, NH. You will direct concessions, catering, and premium services, drive guest satisfaction, and manage the operational budget and monthly P&L with a focus on profitability and compliance.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5–7 years of senior management experience in contract foodservice, preferably in sports/entertainment venues, with strong leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required with 5-7 years in management within contract foodservice.
- Experience in high-volume foodservice, concessions or premium services at sports/entertainment venues.
- P&L accountability and operating budget experience preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication; ability to multi-task and lead teams.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day venue operations including concessions, catering and premium services.
- Manage operational budget, monthly P&L, and financial reporting.
- Develop and coach management team; promote from within and ensure safety standards.
- Coordinate with client and partners; ensure contract terms are met and alcohol service compliance.
- Prepare yearly budgets and monitor inventory for all departments.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and safe work practices across shifts.
