Job summary

Terranea Resort in Rancho Palos Verdes seeks a General Manager for mar’sel to oversee dining room, bar and host station, coaching F&B leaders and maximizing revenues. You will train staff to exceptional service levels and ensure cost controls align with F&B goals while maintaining Forbes Four-Star expectations.

The role requires 3–5 years of fine dining leadership, strong people skills and a track record in hospitality excellence. Base pay ranges with bonus incentives; full benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of fine dining leadership experience.
• Must have Forbes/Michelin restaurant standards knowledge.
• Strong leadership, communication and staff development skills.
• Proven ability to manage costs and drive revenue.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of mar’sel, bar and host station.
• Lead training and development of all staff to standards.
• Implement cost controls and revenue strategies.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and Revinate scores.
• Collaborate with HR for recruitment and onboarding.
• Ensure safety, sanitation and regulatory compliance.
